iv. Life Member : who will donate Rs. 2500 /- to SBMLS

v. Scientific Advisor : Expert in the discipline of Biochemistry, Pathology,

Clinical Biochemistry, Immunology, Endocrinology, ImmunoHaematology, Microbiology, Pulmonary Medicine Genetics & Forensic Science, Physiology, Pharmacology, Medicine and other Allied Health Science / Biomedical Laboratory Science in a Medical Institutions and also engaged in research or practice in Hospital and University / private Laboratory etc.

You may submit fee by D.D./cheque in favour of “ The Society of Biomedical Laboratory Scientists , India “payable at Delhi or by cash or by online in the account of SBMLS ,

1-Duly filled and signed application form
2. ProfessionalDegree/PG/Doctorate/MLS
3-Additional Qualifications, if any
4-Copy of Aadhar Card/Employee ID Card
5-Employee ID Card, If working
6-Student ID Card, required for student membership
7-Payment screen shot
